Production Line Overview
Zhejiang Lantai Paper Product Co., Ltd. operates a 18,000m² modern production base equipped with 20 fully automated production lines, boasting a monthly capacity exceeding 50 million square meters. We have built a closed-loop production system covering material lamination, flexo printing, slitting & die-cutting, and automated packaging, enabling efficient mass production from standard thermal labels to specialty paper products.
R&D & Technical Strength
Driven by innovation, Lantai has a dedicated R&D team with over 20 utility patents and 19 international certifications. We continuously advance material lamination technology, specialty adhesives (low-temperature resistant, high-temperature resistant, removable), and eco-friendly material applications, launching industry-leading products such as BPA-free thermal paper, RFID tags, and medical labels.
Equipment & Quality Control
Our facility features high-precision flexo printers, high-speed slitters, automatic die-cutters, and online inspection systems, enabling full-process automation and digital management. A rigorous QC process is implemented at every stage: incoming raw material inspection, coating process monitoring, 100% print and die-cut checks, and final product sampling to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and performance meet international standards.
