And most importantly, the adhesive must remain stable at the printer's highest temperature.
If the adhesive coating is too thick and unstable, the self-adhesive will stick to the fuser assembly during the printing process of the laser printer, resulting in damage to the fuser assembly;
If the adhesive coating is uneven, the corners are easy to warp, and it is easy to cause the substrate to fall off the backing paper during printing, and it will adhere to the parts of the printer in the printer, resulting in damage to the printer.
If the curl of the sticker paper is too large, it will not enter the paper path of the printer.
